In the personalised nutrition plan, we consider existing health conditions, complications, medications, and personal tastes. We also factor in hereditary conditions like diabetes, hypertension, or high cholesterol.

Regular check-ups
Once a month or two we will call you and ask how you are doing. If you do not manage to comply with the set plan or it does not suit you otherwise, we will adjust it.

Personal goal
It's crucial that we align on our shared objectives. Are you looking to build muscle, decrease body fat, or reduce cholesterol levels? We'll establish a goal and monitor progress over time to see if it's achievable.

Despite being a technology company, we do not overlook the importance of knowledgeable nutritional therapists. They will guide you through the initial assessment, create and clarify your nutrition plan, or assist in setting your program's objectives.
Online dashboard
We're developing an online dashboard for you, where all your data will be visible—detailed nutrition plans as well as trends in key health metrics over time. This way, you'll have a clear understanding of the plan and its benefits for you over time.
How it works

After you place your order, one of our team members will reach out to confirm everything and answer any questions you may have.

During the video call, the nutritional therapist will gather information for your assessment and create a personalised nutrition plan.

During a follow-up video call, we'll review your personalised nutrition plan and answer any questions. We'll also finalize your meal order settings.

We'll check in regularly to see how you're doing and make adjustments to your plan as needed. We'll start with a follow-up after a month, then typically every 2 months after that.

Questions
You are encouraged to prepare a health report prior to the consultation to share essential information with the nutritional therapist. For ease, it is advisable to have these reports in electronic format. Alternatively, a relative, friend, or neighbor can photograph these documents and forward them to us.
Yes, they can participate in the consultation. However, in such cases, it is essential that the client is accompanied by a close associate who can assist with technical aspects and any confusion that may arise.
A membership fee must be paid in order to use any of our services. Furthermore, the Vitality program is paid separately.
The entrance examination can be done by phone without a video call. However, we recommend a video call so someone from your family, friends, or neighbors can help you navigate any technical aspects of the tour.

Yes, absolutely! With your loved one's permission, we'd be happy to contact their current nutritional therapist to gather information and collaborate on a meal plan that aligns with their existing care.
Komfi's nutritional therapists are registered professionals with university or higher-level education, meeting the requirements of Act No. 96/2004 Coll. This contrasts with 'nutritionists' who may have minimal training and no liability for health risks. We prioritize expertise, ensuring our therapists are highly qualified.

Yes, we can. However, we currently specialise in creating customised meal plans for clients with type 2 diabetes who don't require insulin treatment. Our goal is to eventually support all individuals with diabetes, and we're working towards expanding our services.

You are billed weekly for individual deliveries, offering flexibility to modify or cancel orders as needed. All prices are inclusive of VAT.
We work in boot mode
We are currently providing our services to the first hundred satisfied customers in Prague. Although not all delivered meals are in our packaging and can be procured elsewhere, we choose them carefully. For your indulgence, we guarantee fixed prices until the end of 2024.
