Komfi saves you precious time compared to supermarket shopping – time you can spend with loved ones or on yourself. No more long checkout lines or struggling to create balanced meals for your loved one or yourself.

While you can't choose individual dishes, you can select the types of food (e.g., lunch, dinner, snacks...) and the delivery schedule. For example, we can bring as many as 7 different lunches and dinners each week. If you're on the Vitality program, our nutritional therapist will design a tailored meal plan, and you can share your loved one's preferences to help us personalize it even further.

We began food deliveries in Prague in autumn 2023, with other regions to follow in 2024. We're accepting orders from across the Czech Republic – we'll contact you as soon as we have a start date for your area.

Komfi's nutritional therapists are registered professionals with university or higher-level education, meeting the requirements of Act No. 96/2004 Coll. This contrasts with 'nutritionists' who may have minimal training and no liability for health risks. We prioritize expertise, ensuring our therapists are highly qualified.

The food delivered by us will consist of ready-made food, which you just need to heat, and ingredients that your loved one will only combine. Yes, we can. However, we currently specialise in creating customised meal plans for clients with type 2 diabetes who don't require insulin treatment. Our goal is to eventually support all individuals with diabetes, and we're working towards expanding our services.
